This part is a special order item. Once it is ordered it is non-cancelable before we receive it and non-returnable after you receive it for any reason other than manufacturers defect. Defects are to be determined by the manufacturer and are subject to their discretion to replace. Should the part be damaged in shipment, you will need to file a claim with the Freight Company. Sorry, no refunds, replacements only. If you would like to place an order you will need to prepay for it. We ship via UPS and FedEx in the USA, inverters are mailed us mail. Please place small inverters inside a CDROM plastic case to prevent bent pcbs mailed in bubble bags.
For your convenience, try mailing your packages from any authorized UPS at Office Depot or Staples. You will find their rates far more reasonable than the smaller shipping stores.
